Personality: Joyful, sometimes outright creepy. He is always eager and hyper. He is a bit hotheaded and gets into fights a lot. If a fight in his pet form lasts too long or he gets way too excited, he starts turning into a demon. He finds things usually thought dark and twisted perfectly fine. He is a big nerd. He develops a crush on anyone who defeats him in battle. He is generally very silly and rarely is serious (why so srs? /shot)
History: Tipsy appeared suddenly in front of an old run-down shop, dripping wet from the rain and shivering. The owner of the shop, an old man who'd been pining for company of a pet, took him in. 
Family Type: Poor but happy. 
     Family Members/Number of Members: One old man who runs an old ramen shop in a slum-like district of the city.
