Personality:
Cabalerle is a little volatile, as they get mood swings easily. However, these mood swings don't differ much from their regular attitude, which is snarky, a little rebellious, a little hyper, and fun-loving. They are quite friendly to strangers, but their sarcasm and know-it-all behaviour gives an impression of the opposite. They like to keep their friends close, and won't refuse to becoming friends with more people. They won't mind even if the mobian is a rebel, they don't care.

They can be a bit obsessive over things they like, in particular, mobians they find attractive and shiny things. They can be a bit sadistic at times and masochistic at others. They love to have fun and just enjoy themselves. They are enthusiastic and, if what they're currently doing is to their liking, incredibly hard working, but other than that, they are quite lazy. They love adrenaline rushes and the sense of danger, the feeling of sinking their fist into the opponent, and basically anything destructive.

Abilities:

-Tough Hide
Cabalerle's covered in tough as nails scales, and underneath is a tough leather-like skin. This means they are invulnerable to fire and aren't affected much by anything with a sharp edge, lava, corrosive toxins, or anything super hot/cold. They can take high temperatures easily.

-Fire Breath (and control)
Cabalerle can breathe fire. Also, flames have a tendency to never stop burning if they are on Cabalerle's skin, so they usually runs through fire to collect it on them and enhance their damage.

Strengths:
Cabalerle has tough skin, making it hard to penetrate or harm. They can withstand high temperatures easily. They have bones that are slightly lighter than normal, making them light on their feet. They have keen eyesight and hearing.
Weaknesses:
Cabalerle can't stand the cold very well. They won't feel a difference for some time, but then they'll get sluggish in movement and will start to doze off. If they do fall asleep, and sleep for too long, there's a chance they won't wake up again... Cabalerle's sense of smell is useless, a common trait in dragons because of their fire-breathing tendencies. Their lighter-than-normal bones fracture easier than normal. Cabalerle can't swim in deep water or against currents because of their wings.

- Water (but its not a strong fear, more like uncomfort)
- Losing the ability to fly or breathe fire permanently

History/Backstory:
Cabalerle grew up in a stable but strange clan of mobians. They emphasized the importance of being stronger than others, bloodshed, and battle, and at the same time cherished wisdom, kindness, and peace. From a young age Cabalerle learnt that opposing a stronger authority is useless when their parents were punished and banished as traitors. They had opposed the clan's decision to destroy a smaller clan that was trying to take the clan's land, and in the clan, such things are unacceptable.

When Angus started to rebuild Mobius, the clan was neatly divided between those for and against these new changes. When the clan was on the brink of splitting apart due to the turmoil, Cabalerle left the clan and headed for the city, looking for a change in scenery. They had issues settling in until a Legion social worker helped them settle in and introduce them to Ramone, an owner of a small restaurant. So Cabalerle settled in, took the job as a waiter, and offered their services to the Legion happily.
